Union Cemetery Association Interment Cards created from other interment records.

Regarding Interment Cards: 3" x 5" interment cards were created circa 1940 from pre-1940 source documents and corrections were made from the phonetic spelling of names to the assumed correct spelling. Example: "Frank Mack Farlen" in the original document was changed to "McFarland, Frank" on the interment card. Both spellings are listed in centralohiogravesearch.com. Interment cards continue to be created for each individual presently. This source is cited as "Interment Card."

Cemetery Information Management Software (CIMS) database program in use at Union Cemetery Association from 2017-present.
